Global One Roofing team did a terrific job replacing our Eaves Troughs. First they changed the implementation day with one days notice. The install went smoothly and the lead man on site, Andrew, recommended an extra downspout which was added. Work was tidy, cleanup excellent. Once finished I asked the Foreman Peter, to make a tiny but important modification to a piece of strapping on a downspout. Peter came out that day to examine the situation, understood the concern and said they’d be back to fix it the next day. I received a picture of the desired change, now complete. Not many folks go above and beyond these days but that is what happened with us. Peter noticed a hole in the shingles where a raccoon must of been and he fixed it the following day. Excellent client service. Responsive and reliable in addressing urgent repair to roof right before Christmas under less than ideal weather conditions. Peter returned a day after the repairs were completed and climbed into our attic to make sure that the repair was solid and to ensure there were no leaks. I highly recommend him and his company.

Global One came late autumn before the scheduled repair to assess and provide a quote. As they had promised in the fall, they came the following spring, as soon as weather permitted, to replace the roof sheathing and apply new shingles. There was additional work required once all the old shingles were taken off. The additional cost was very fair. All of the work was completed in one day. The work site was extremely neat and the clean-up was perfect. This is a reliable company that does excellent work. We highly recommend their roofing service.
